Kimura’s disease which is known as a self-limited chronic inflammatory disease with unknown etiology, that can be easily misdiagnosed, causing long standing tumor-like painless nodules in the subcutaneous tissue, localized especially in the head and neck region. It has usually good prognosis. Common characteristic features of Kimura’s disease were peripheral eosinophilia and increased serum immunoglobulin E levels. Typical histological features of the lesions are prominent eosinophilic and lymphocytic infiltration and fibrosis. The aim of this case report was reminding the Kimura’s disease, clinical features and treatment have been determined with the case reports, with the findings of a 43 years old woman and associated literature data.
