The first political relationship between Rome-Parthia-Armenia was prepared in procedure of unofficial alliance by Roman general L. Cornelius Sulla and, envoy of king of Parthia, Orobazos in 92 B.C. This alliance was broke in 66 B.C. owing to Gnaeus Pompeius’s troops passed The Euphrates and moved towards to The Tigris. As from this date, Rome became supreme and dominant status over of kindoms of Armenia and Parthia. Thus, Rome lost her this supreme status when general Crassus was defeteded by Parthians. Then Roman the kingdom of Armenia was subject to Parthian Kingdom until the period of Augustus. But Rome won dominant of status again under Emperor Augustus who had adopted politic and peaceful ways out
