Abstract:

The development of the program is dynamic. Needs are analysed, shortcomings are determined, the draft program is prepared, experiments are conducted, the experimental practices are evaluated, the results obtained from the evaluation are made or not, the program is implemented, the practices are evaluated and the process continues. The need COVID-19 pandemic process, if necessary, has made the rapid changes in information and communication technologies compulsory to review educational changes. In this study, the approach to Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL), which has been seriously adopted in the European countries, has been examined, the experience experienced worldwide with the integration of information and communication technologies (BIT) has been evaluated, the BIT and the integrated CLIL studies on foreign language teaching in our country have been discussed whether they will be included in the training program and in the practice. CLIL, as in some other countries in the world, can be made a preferred approach in our country, but it is recommended that students and teachers be prepared in advance, that teachers be tailored practical training on BIT and CLIL, that teachers be able to easily access the material pool, that the training on BIT has been given to be evaluated and improved.
