Hakkaniyet, emniyet ve adaletin büsbütün kaybolduğu, insan haysiyetinin alenen çiğnenmeye başladığı bir ortamda miladi 7. asrın başında Mekke’de nazil olmaya başlayan Kur’ân-ı Kerîm, Allah’a kul olmayı, dünyayı imar vazifesini hakkaniyet ve liyakat çerçevesinde gerçekleştirmeyi ve emaneti ehline vermeyi talep etmekteydi. Bu yüce değerlerin anlaşılması ve yaşanması için ilk tefsirlerde öncelikle Kur’ân’ın dil yapısı ile fıkhî ve kelâmî yönleri üzerinde duruldu ve bu dönemde önemli kurucu metinler kaleme alındı. Ancak bu çok yönlü tefsir çalışmalarına rağmen Kur’ân’ın ana eksenini oluşturan ahlâkî boyutuyla ilgili müstakil bir tefsir türü çalışılmadı. Bu makalede, ahlâkın mahiyeti, Kur’ân’ın ahlâkî boyutu, Kur’ân’ın tümünü kapsayan ahlâkî tefsirin imkânı gibi hususlar ele alınarak bu yeni tefsir türü teklifi tanımlanmıştır. Keza çalışmada Kur’ân’ın ahlâkî tefsirini mümkün kılan temel dayanakların neler olabileceği üzerinde durulmuştur. Ahlâkî tefsirin imkânı ve lüzumu ile ilgili Kur’ân başta olmak üzere sünnet, klasik ve çağdaş tefsirler ve konuyla ilgili yapılan diğer ilmî çalışmalardan veriler toplanarak analizler yapmak suretiyle sonuca ulaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışma neticesinde yeni bir tefsir türü olarak Kur’ân’ın ahlâkî tefsirinin mümkün olduğu anlaşılmış, bu yeni tefsir türünün dinî değerleri insana ve topluma ulaştırmada çok daha etkili olacağı sonucuna varılmıştır.

For the understanding and experience of these high values, the first interpretations were focused on the language structure of the Qur’an and the philosophical and vocational aspects, and in this period important creation texts were taken into mind. However, despite this multi-faceted interpretation work, no specific interpretation of the moral dimension that constitutes the main axis of the Qur’an was studied. In this article, the morality of the Qur’an, the moral dimension of the Qur’an, the possibility of moral interpretation that covers the whole Qur’an, the proposal of this new kind of interpretation is defined. In the Quran, the Qur’an was revealed in the Qur’an, and the Qur’an was revealed in the Qur’an.
