Abstract:

This research was carried out with the aim of determining the differences in work-satisfaction and exhaust levels of body education teachers according to some variables. The body of teachers’ work satisfaction, the business satisfaction scale Hackman & Oldham, 1975 , the exhaust of Maslach Exhaust Reserve Maslach & Jackson, 1981 , was determined using. In the study, 93 body education teachers were surveyed by 78 men and 15 women. It has been determined that the demographic variables of teachers and the work satisfaction and exhaust levels are not differentiated p>0.05 . Physical education teachers have found a relationship between daily working hours and work satisfactions and exhausts.
