The music activity used in the education of pre-school children is one of the educational activities that educate and entertain children. Therefore, the effects of the songs used in music activities on children are important research subjects. The aim of this study is to study the children's songs used in education for pre-school children, in the framework of the values determined by the MEB. According to the method of research, the study of the document has been used. The study included 15 children's songs in the framework of the music activity used for pre-school children's education. These children's songs have been analyzed according to the values to be mentioned in the MEB educational programs. Research finds that pre-school children's songs generally contain many values, although they contain limited values in individual sights. The most "sensitivity" is referred to in the songs reviewed, the second and third most passing values are defined as "love" and "respect". However, the values defined by MEB have determined that the values of "volunteer", "independent and free thinking", "cultural heritage possession", "leadership", "hostiness", "the development of aesthetic feelings", "being narcissistic", "crowdness" are not directly included in the chosen values.

In the research, which was examined in accordance with the qualitative research method, document analysis was used. In the research, 15 children's songs included in the music activity used for the education of preschool children were included. These children's songs were analyzed according to the values that should be mentioned in the education programs of the Ministry of National Education. According to the results of the research, although preschool children's songs generally contain many values, it has been determined that they contain limited value when viewed individually. In the songs examined, the most referenced value was "sensitivity", and the second and third highest values were determined as "love" and "respect". However, among the values determined by the Ministry of National Education, the values of "humility", "independent and free thinking", "protecting the cultural heritage", "leadership", "hospitality", "being kind", "development of aesthetic feelings" and "sacrifice" are included in the selected songs. was not directly included.
