The purpose of this study is to identify tourism students' work values and differences according to departments. The influence of work values on the career choice and the importance of the compatible job with work values in job satisfaction and the high turnover in tourism industry are the causes of this study. Accordingly, a structured questionnaire was conducted to gather data from senior hospitality students. The findings indicate that human relations, work characteristics, work environment, innovation, and leadership are important features in terms of tourism students. The results reveal that significant differences exist according to departments, genders and ages in tourism students' work value.
