The private pension system is a goverment supported system that allows people to reflect their voluntary savings during their working lives as supplementary income during their retirement periods. This system, which provides long-term resource generation and economic growth, is critical in developed socities. This study's focus is on the performance evaluation of private pension companies in Turkey. The Entropy approach is used to calculate the significance levels of the criteria utilized in the assessment process and the EDAS and CODAS methods are used to determine the performance rating of the companies. The number of retired participants is determined to be the most important criterion in the performance evaluation process of private pension companies. When the results of both techniques are considered together, it is found that Turkiye Hayat ve Emeklilik is the private pension company with the highest performance. Spearman correlation analysis is used and it is discovered that there is a significant degree of positive correlation between the derived ranks. The study is expected to benefit investors who wish to join the private pension system for the first time or members who want to change their private pension companies.
