Türk edebiyatı ve Azerbaycan edebiyatı benzer dönemlerde yaşanan benzer siyasi, sosyal ve kültürel gelişmelerin de etkisi ile süreç açısından benzer temayüllere sahne olmuştur. Bilindiği üzere “sosyal sorumluluk bilinci” ve “toplum için sanat” düşüncesi 19. yüzyılın son çeyreği ile 20. yüzyılın başlarından itibaren her iki sahada da edebiyat dünyasına yeni bakış açıları kazandırmıştır. Siyasetten kültürel ve ekonomik gelişmelere kadar oldukça geniş bir alanı kapsayan söz konusu bakış açılarının edebiyat dünyasına kazandırdığı bir diğer çalışma alanı da “çocuk edebiyatı” olmuştur. Azerbaycan edebiyatında, çocuk edebiyatının öncü isimlerinden birisi Abbas Sıhhat’tir. Edebiyatımızda ise Tevfik Fikret, bu konudaki ilk yetkin çalışmaların sahibi olması bakımından ayrı bir değeri haizdir. Fikret’in Azerbaycan çocuk edebiyatının gelişimine önemli katkıları ile birlikte aynı zamanda Abbas Sıhhat de dâhil olmak üzere pek çok şaire ilham olduğunu da burada ifade etmek gerekir. Kendi sahalarında çocuk edebiyatı konusunda ilk adımların sahibi olan bu iki isim, çalışmalarında benzer bir yaklaşım sergilemişlerdir. Bireysel ya da yarı sosyal temlerden siyasi konulara geçiş şeklinde tezahür eden bu süreç, amaç ve araç birliği açılarından da karakteristik özellikler taşır. Bu çalışmada çocuk edebiyatı kapsamında Tevfik Fikret ve Abbas Sıhhat’in şiirleri önce kendi içlerinde tasnife alınarak ayrı ayrı değerlendirilecek, ardından gerek tematik unsurlar gerek duyum ve yansıtma tarzı gerekse dil ve üslup açılarından metin örnekleri ile birlikte karşılıklı aynı zamanda neden-sonuç ilişkisi çerçevesinde incelenecektir.
Turkish literature and Azerbaidjan literature have been the scene of similar themes in terms of process with the influence of similar political, social and cultural developments in similar periods. As it is known, the idea of "consciousness of social responsibility" and "art for society" has brought new perspectives to the literary world in both fields from the last quarter of the 19th century to the beginning of the 20th century. Another field of work that the respective perspectives covered a very broad sphere from politics to cultural and economic developments to the literary world was "child literature". In Azerbaijan literature, one of the leading names of children's literature is Abbas Shahhat. In our literature, the Tevfik Mind is a separate value in terms of the possession of the first skilled work on this subject. It is also important to express that with the significant contribution of Fikret to the development of Azerbaijani children's literature, there are also many sharia inspirations, including Abbas Shahhat. These two names, who have the first steps in their fields regarding children's literature, have shown a similar approach in their work. This process, which manifests itself in the form of the transition from individual or semi-social themes to political themes, also carries characteristic characteristics in terms of purpose and instrument union. In this study, in the context of child literature, the poems of Tevfik Fikret and Abbas Sikhhat will first be evaluated separately by taking them into their own, then the thematic elements need sensation and reflection style if necessary, together with the examples of the text from the languages and aspects of the language and will be studied in the framework of the reason-resultation relationship.

Through these perspectives another field of study, namely as “Children’s Literature”, brought to the world of literature, covering a wide range from politics to cultural and economic developments. Abbas Sıhhat is one of the pioneers of children’s literature in Azerbaijani literature. In our literature, Tevfik Fikret has a distinct value in terms of having the first competent studies on this subject. It should also be noted that Fikret is also an inspiration to many poets, including Abbas Sıhhat, along with his significant contributions to the development of Azerbaijani children’s literature. These two names, who had the first steps in the field of children’s literature in their own fields, showed a similar approach in their studies. This process, which manifests itself as a transition from individual, or semi-social themes to political issues, is also characteristic of the unity of purpose and instrument. In this study, the poems of both Tevfik Fikret and Abbas Sıhhat will be evaluated separately within the scope of children’s literature and then thematic elements will be examined in terms of both perception and treatment followed by style and language examples with cause and effect relationship.
