Abstract:

The purpose of this research, homeschooling and home school graduate made with regard to education dissertations, essays, examining the magazine, homeschooling and home schools to determine the general orientation about the educational field in turkey and in the world. In the research, document analysis method which is the one of the qualitative research approaches was used. The studies examined within the scope of the research have been reached by using the keywords of Home Education and Home Schools, Dergi Park, Google Scholar, and YÖK National Thesis Center. In this context, 3 graduate theses, 13 articles, 16, 8 journals, 1 content and a magazine containing directives were reached in the field of home education and home school. A total of 25 source descriptive content analyzes consisting of postgraduate theses, articles, journals, and directives determined in this way are performed, and descriptive content analysis is carried out and countries, data collection tools are examined.As a result of the research, it was revealed that the studies conducted in 2019 were more, the most articles were published in the Journal of Educational Theory and Practice Research, the articles were mostly single or two authors, and the most qualitative research methods were chosen in the studies. At the of the study; it has been determined that studies on “Home Education” are mostly done and studies are concentrated in the European Continent. It is thought that the trend towards Home Education and Home school education, which has been revealed based on the current analysis is going to contribute to the researchers.
