This study was conducted to determine the performance effect of eight-week balance and coordination exercises in hearing disabilities. The study was divided into two groups of participants with 30 hearing disabilities judocu (10 men, 5 girls, age = 20,27 ± 4,95) and control (10 men, 5 girls, age = 20,87 ± 7,94) in the experiment. Both groups have been performing 3 days/90 minutes of judo training a week. The experimental group performed a balance and coordination training consisting of 10 different movements that took 25 minutes before the judo training. PairedSamples T-Test has been applied for the significance between the pre-test and final test measurements of the groups. The IndependentSamples T-Test was applied to analyze the difference between the experimental group and the control group. As a result of the balancing and coordination exercises, the test group has found a significant value in the dynamic values, the stability index, the total standard deviation in the body, the open static balance values, and the right foot average forward-back speed values (p<0.05).As a result, the regular balancing and coordination exercises can be said that the performance of the dynamic balance exercises, which enhances the performance of hearing disabled judges, more affects the performance of the dynamic balance exercises than the static balance exercises.
