“LEZÎZ” REDİFLİ GAZELLERDE SEVGİLİNİN DUDAĞININ TATLI YİYECEKLERLE İLİŞKİSİ

Klasik Türk şiirinde sevgilinin güzellik unsurlarından ve özellikle dudağından bahseden sayısız beyit bulunmaktadır. Sevgilinin dudağı, güzelliği, tatlılığı, âşığa can vermesi gibi vasıflarıyla şiirlerde dile getirilmektedir. Bu çalışmada XV.-XIX. yüzyıllar arası yetişmiş 37 şairin divanlarındaki “lezîz” redifli gazellerde sevgilinin dudağıyla, Osmanlı mutfağındaki tatlı çeşitleri ve tatlıların ana maddesi olan şeker, bal gibi ürünler arasında kurulan ilişki incelenmektedir. Söz konusu gazellerdeki beyitlerde sevgilinin dudağı, tatlı yiyecekler ve şerbet vb. içeceklerle kıyaslanmakta tat ve lezzet bakımından onlara üstünlük sağlamaktadır. Bu beyitlerde ayrıca sevgilinin dili, öpücüğü, ağzı ve âşığa söylediği sözleri, dudağıyla bir arada zikredilerek bahsi geçen kıyaslamalarda üste çıkmaktadır. Şairlerin, sevgilinin dudağıyla benzerlik/üstünlük ilişkisi kurdukları tatlıların çeşit bakımından çokluğu mutfak kültürünün edebiyata olan etkilerinin bir örneği olarak düşünülebilmektedir.

In the classical Turkish poetry there are countless beats that talk about the beauty elements of a lover and especially his lips. It is expressed in poems with his lips, beauty, sweetness, and the qualities of giving life to the lover. In this article XV-XIX. In the "Lezîz" redyfli gazelles in the seals of 37 centuries-old poets, the relationship between his lover's mouth, the sweet varieties in the Ottoman cuisine and the main ingredient of sweets, sugar, honey and other products, is studied. In these gazels, the lips of the lover, sweet foods and sherbet, etc. They are the ones who drink, and they are the ones who drink, and the ones who drink. In these verses, the words of the lover, his tongue, his kiss, his mouth, and his love, and his mouth, and his mouth, and his mouth, and his mouth, and his mouth, and his mouth, and his mouth, and his mouth, and his mouth, and his mouth, and his mouth. The variety of sweets in which poets have a relationship of similarity/excellence with their lover’s mouth can be considered as an example of the influence of cooking culture on literature.
