Eğitim, toplumun gelişmesi ve kişilerin bilinçlenmesinde önemli bir mekanizmadır. Bununla birlikte kişinin toplum içerisinde nasıl davranması gerektiğini ortaya koyarak ideolojiden de yardım alan bir kurumdur. Bir bakıma eğitim sistemi, devletin, ideolojik olarak görmüş olduğu bir mekanizma biçimidir. Bu açıdan iktidarın en önemli hedeflerinden biri, mensubu olduğu ideolojik söylem doğrultusunda eğitime yön vermek ve eğitimi bulunduğu konumdan daha ileriye taşımaktır. Türkiye’de 2002 yılından beri iktidar olan Ak Parti hükümeti, eğitimi, sahip olduğu ideolojik görüş doğrultusunda değiştirmekte, bir düzen içerisine sokmaya çalıştığı görülmektedir. Bundan dolayı bu çalışmada ise eğitim sistemine yönelik temel ilke ve uygulamaların analizi Ak Parti döneminde nasıl bir ideolojik söylem içerisinde gösterildiği ortaya konulacaktır. Eğitim sistemine yönelik temel ilke ve uygulamalar 4 döneme ayrılarak incelenecektir. Daha sonrasında da bu dönemler arasındaki ideolojik söylemlerdeki farklılıklar benzerlikler tespit edilerek eğitim sistemi üzerindeki belirleyici etkisi ortaya konulacaktır.
Education is an important mechanism in the development of society and the awareness of individuals. However, it is an institution that helps to show how a person should behave within the society. In a way, the educational system is a form of a mechanism that the state has seen ideologically. In this regard, one of the main objectives of power is to guide education in the direction of the ideological speech that it is a member and to move education further than the position where it is. In Turkey, the AK Party government, which has been in power since 2002, has been changing its education, according to its ideological viewpoint, and has been trying to put it into a order. Therefore, in this study, the analysis of the basic principles and practices towards the educational system will be shown in an ideological speech in the AK Party period. The basic principles and practices of the education system will be studied in four periods. After that, the differences in ideological speeches between these periods will be identified and the determining impact on the educational system will be revealed.
