Qashqai Turkic is especially important for Oghuz researches because it preserves some features of Old Oghuz. However, due to some problems, this Turkic language has not been thoroughly researched until today, and in many ways, the research of this language has been postponed until the 21st century. The existence and traces of primary long vowels in Qashqai Turkic are among the subjects worth investigating for better recognition of Qashqai Turkic. In Qashqai Turkic, some of the primary lengths from the Old Turkic period have been preserved, some of them have been regularly and significantly evolved into other phonetic events, and some have been shortened. The change in the quantity of the primary long vowels has generally led to gemination. In this study, the existence of primary long vowels in Qashqai Turkic is discussed by comparing them with Old Turkish and Contemporary Turkic Dialects. In this review, gemination word and other examples from primary long vowels are also shown At the same time, new examples have been added to the claims of the existence of primary long vowels in the Turkic Dialects and contributed to the enlightenment of this theory.
