Müzik eğitimin alt boyutları içerisinde yer alan çalgı eğitimi, bireylerin kişisel performans becerilerini uzun soluklu çalışmalarla bir araya getiren çok özel bir alandır. Çalgı eğitiminin ana unsuru olan herhangi bir çalgının icrasında başarılı olmak isteyen bir birey, çalgısı ile özel çalışmalar, etütler içeren uzun süreçli bir eğitim modelinden geçmelidir. Bu eğitim modeli belli yöntem ve yaklaşımlar içeren metodolojik çalışmaların yanısıra bazen de meşk usulü ile desteklenen çalışmalarla yapılmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, Uluslararası literatür incelendiğinde eğitimciler çalgı eğitiminde daha iyiye ulaşmak performans sürecinde daha başarılı sonuçlar alabilmek için eğitimde iyileştirme ve geliştirme çabalarını sürekli olarak devam ettirmektedir. Çalgı eğitimine yönelik bu çalışmalar daha çok bireylerin gelişimine yönelik yeni denemeler ve metodolojik arayışlar içermektedir. Bu çalışmada da geleneksel sazlarımızdan olan klasik kemençe eğitiminde kullanılan yöntemlere ilaveten, yeni arayış ve denemelere gidilmiş icracıların çalgılarına olan ilgilerini ve akademik başarılarını arttırabilmeleri, öğrenim sürecini hızlandırabilmeleri, çalgılarını güncel hayatta etkili ve verimli kullanabilmeleri için, klasik kemençe çalgısına uyarlanmış Batı müziği keman etütlerinden yararlanarak klasik kemençe eğitimine katkı sağlanması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın alt amaçlarından biri de klasik kemençe eğitimi için uyarlanmış keman etütlerinin kullanılmasına yönelik görüş ve önerilerden yararlanarak, kemençe eğitiminde kullanılabilecek bir metot oluşumuna katkı sağlamaktır. Araştırmada nitel ve nicel araştırma tekniklerinin bir arada kullanıldığı karma araştırma yönteminden yararlanılmıştır. Deneysel kısmında, ‘‘tek gruplu ön test – son test desen’’ kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde nitel kısımda içerik analizinden yararlanılırken, nicel bölümde SPSS programında desenin gerektirdiği analizler kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda kemençe için uyarlanmış keman etütlerinin icracıların müzikal boyuttaki gelişimlerine herhangi bir katkı sağlamadığı, teknik boyuttaki gelişimlerine ise katkı sağladığı ve genel anlamdaki çalgı performanslarının gelişiminde daha etkili olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Buna göre etütlerin kemençe eğitiminde kullanılmasının icracıların çalgı performanslarının gelişimlerini arttırma ve desteklemede kısmen de olsa etkisi olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Yapılan bu çalışmaya göre kemençe eğitiminde günümüze kadar kullanılmış meşk usulüne ek olarak klasik kemençe çalgısına yönelik yeni metotların üretilmesi ve bu alanda yapılacak çalışmaların desteklenmesi önerilmektedir.

Instrument education, which is one of the sub-dimensions of music education, is a very special field that combines the personal performance skills of individuals with long-term studies. An individual who wants to be successful in the performance of any instrument, which is the main element of instrument training, must go through a long-term training model that includes special studies on his instrument. This education model is carried out with methodological studies that include certain methods and approaches, as well as studies supported by the meşk method. In this context, when the international literature is examined, educators continue their efforts to improve and develop in education in order to achieve better results in instrument education and to get more successful results in the performance process. These studies on instrument education mostly involve new trials and methodological searches for the development of individuals. In addition to the methods used in classical kemenche training, which is one of our traditional instruments, this study aims to contribute to classical kemenche education by making use of classical violin studies adapted from Western music violin studies. It is expected for the performers to increase their interest in their instruments and their academic success, to accelerate their learning process, and to use their instruments effectively and efficiently in daily life. One of the sub-objectives of the research is to contribute to the formation of a method that can be used in kemenche education by making use of the opinions and suggestions on the use of adapted violin studies for classical kemenche education. The mixed research method, in which qualitative and quantitative research techniques are used together, was used in the research. In the experimental part, "single-group pre-test post-test design" was used. For data analysis, content analysis was used in the qualitative part and SPSS program was used in the quantitative part. As a result of the research, it has been revealed that violin studies adapted for the kemenche do not contribute to the development of the performers in the musical dimension but contribute to their development in the technical dimension and these studies are found to be more effective in the development of the instrument performances in general. According to this, it has been concluded that the use of studies in kemenche training has a partial effect on increasing and supporting the development of the instrument performances of the performers. In the lights of the results of this study, it is recommended to produce new methods for the classical kemenche instrument in addition to the meşk method used in kemenche education till now and to support the studies to be conducted in this field.
