The purpose of this study is to develop a new survey for evaluating online examination which is use as an alternative to paper-pencil exams. Study was conducted in medium-sized university which was located in east part of Turkey and it was established recently. The implementation was conducted with 80 students enrolled in Computer I course in Department of Science Education. After the online examination the cronbach alfa index was calculated as α=0.87 for scale. Online examination scale has three sub-factors. cronbach alfa index for all three sub-factors were calculated (1) practicality-suitability α=0.89 (8 Items), (2) affective factors α=0.82 (6 Items), (3) reliability α=0.82 (3 Items). The survey can be use, depend on students’ views, to evaluate online examination with specific factors. Additionally, the survey needs to implement in different online examination to evaluate general validity and reliability.
