In this research, it is aimed to examine counseling self-efficacy of counselors according to emotional intelligence and life satisfaction. The sample of the research consisted of 294 psychological counselors aged between 25 and 65, reached by convenient sampling method. Relational research model was used in the research. ‘Personal Information Forms’, ‘Psychological Councellor Self Competence Scale’, ‘Rotterdam Emotional Intelligence Scale’ and ‘Satisfaction With Life Scale’ were used as data collection tools in the research. As a result of the research, it was determined that there is a statistically significant relationship between the counseling self-competence of psychological counselors, emotional intelligence and life satisfaction. In addition, it was determined that emotional intelligence and life satisfaction were significant predictors of counseling self-efficacy of psychological counselors. It has been determined that evaluating the emotions of others and controlling the emotions of others, which are sub-dimensions of emotional intelligence, are not significant predictors of counseling self-competence of psychological counselors.
