This research primarily aimed to determine the effect of the leadership competencies of women school heads on the school climate and performance of the secondary schools in the division of Laguna, School Year 2019-2020. Specifically, it investigated on the following: the profile of the women school heads in terms of:agehighest educational attainment andlength of service, the level of leadership competencies of the women school heads based on the assessment of the public school teachers in terms of:emotional intelligencesocial intelligenceconflict management andinnovativeness and flexibility, the level of school climate based on the assessment of public school teachers in terms of:safetyteaching and learninginterpersonal relationship andinstitutional environment, the level of school performance based on the assessment of public school teachers in terms of:students achievementdiscipline referralattendance rate andteachers satisfaction, significant relationship between the leadership competencies of the women school heads and the school climate, the significant relationship between the leadership competencies of the women school heads and the school performance.
