On 23 July 1908 (10 July 1324) II. With the proclamation of the Constitutional Monarchy, as censorship was lifted, a serious movement started in the life of the press. While publishing was published in Istanbul, which was the center of printing before, with the freedom environment brought by the Constitutional Monarchy, people from all walks of life were eager to publish periodicals, thus journalism spread from the center to the provinces in Anatolia. However, periodicals published in the form of one or several issues constituted a large part of this mobility. Unplanned steps and financial difficulties were effective in the short duration of these publications. Newspapers are one of the first sources to be consulted in order to observe the attitudes of various segments of the society who thought they could do whatever they wanted with the Constitutional Monarchy and to interpret the atmosphere of the period. In this study, the short-term humor newspapers Eşek, Feylesof, Deccal, Şaka, Dertli ile Garip, Coşkun Kalender, Lak Lak, Neşter, Şakacı published between 1908 and 1919 were transferred from Ottoman Turkish to Latin letters and the Turkish cultural world was made aware of these newspapers. In these humor newspapers, II. How the declaration of the Constitutional Monarchy was reflected in the humor press was examined. In the articles and cartoons selected from the mentioned humor newspapers, II. It has been seen that the declaration of the Constitutional Monarchy is handled from different angles.
