Hz. Peygamber’in söz, fiil ve onayları olan hadisler, İslâm dininin iki temel kaynağından biridir. Sahip olduğu bu ehemmiyete binaen hadislerin doğru bir şekilde anlaşılması ve yorumlanması oldukça önemli bir durumdur. Çünkü hadisler, Kur’ân-ı Kerîm’le birlikte bizlere İslâm dinini öğretmektedir. Bunun için hadislerin yorumlanması hususunda hicri ilk asırlarda görülen küçük çaplı faaliyetler, zamanla büyük eserlerin telif edildiği bir noktaya gelmiş ve bu konuda benzeri görülmeyecek bir çaba gösterilmiştir. Hadislerin şerh edilmesi konusunda geçmişte olduğu gibi günümüzde de devam etmekte ve bu konuda yeni eserler yazılmaktadır. Yakın bir dönemde yaşayıp İslâm âleminde önde gelen âlimlerden olan Muhammed et-Tâhir b. ‘Âşûr, hadislerin anlaşılması noktasında gayret göstermiş, bu alanda çeşitli eserler telif etmiştir. O, 1879-1973 yılları arasında Tunus’ta yaşamış olup çeşitli alanlarda pek çok değerli eserler yazmıştır. Bu çalışmalardan bazıları, hadislerin ve hadis kitaplarının şerh edilmesi hakkındadır. Nitekim İbn ‘Âşûr, Buhârî’nin es-Sahîh’i üzerine en-Nazaru’l-fasîh ve Mâlik b. Enes’in el-Muvatta’ı hakkında Keşfu’l-muğattâ eserlerini telif etmiştir. Bu makalede kısa bir girişten sonra İbn ‘Âşûr’un hayatına ve eserlerine değinilecektir. Ardından eserlerinden hareketle örnekler verilerek hadisleri şerh etme yöntemine temas edilecektir.

For this reason, the small-scale activities seen in the early centuries in terms of the interpretation of the hadiths have come to a point where great works have been written over time and a effort has been made that will not be seen in this regard. As in the past, it continues to be the same as in the present day, and new works are written about it. Muhammad et al-Tâhir, who lived in the nearest period and was the leader of the Islamic world. He has made a great deal of work in the field, and he has made a great deal of work in the field. He lived in Tunisia between 1879-1973 and has written many valuable works in various fields. Some of these works are about the honour of the hadiths and the hadith books. In fact, Ibn ‘Ashur has written his works on the Bukhari’s es-Sahîh, en-Nazaru’l-Fâîh and Mâlik B. Enes’s al-Muvatta. After a short entry in this article, it will refer to the life of Ibn ‘Ashur and his works. Then they will be given examples of their works, and they will be contacted with the method of praising the hadits.
