Abstract:

Environmental problems constitute one of the most important issues in today's world. There are many reasons for environmental problems that cause millions of people to lose their lives every year. The most important of these is energy sources. Fossil fuels, which meet a significant part of the world's energy needs, are the main cause of environmental problems such as air pollution, water pollution and climate change. Due to the environmental effects of fossil fuels, the use of renewable energy sources is increasing all over the world. However, the environmental effects of renewable energy sources, called clean energy, are one of the issues that are not discussed enough. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the environmental effects of fossil fuels and renewable energy sources. The results of this study show that both fossil fuels and renewable energy sources carry significant risks for the environment.
