Bu çalışmanın amacı, anaokullarında görev yapan okul müdürlerinin algılarına göre örgütsel yapı ile örgüt sağlığı arasındaki ilişkileri incelemektir. Bu amaçla, Adıyaman merkez ilçesinde görev yapan Anaokulu müdürlerinin örgüt sağlığı ile ilgili görüşlerini belirlemek ve bu yönde öneriler sunmak da bu çalışmanın amaçlarından biridir. Nitel yöntemlerin kullanıldığı araştırmanın örneklemi, Adıyaman il merkezindeki Anaokullarında görev yapan ve araştırmaya gönüllü olarak katılan 9 okul müdüründen oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen “Anaokulu Müdürlerinin Örgüt Sağlığına İlişkin Görüşlerinin belirlenmesine yönelik görüşme formu” aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde betimsel analiz tekniği kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analizler ve görüşme soruları neticesinde elde edilen veriler, belirlenen temalar doğrultusunda araştırmanın bulguları olarak sunulmuştur. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına bakıldığında, Anaokulu müdürlerinin, okul iklimini olumlu hale getirmek ve verimi arttırmak için adil, güvenli ve huzurlu bir ortam oluşturmanın yanı sıra kendilerinin, öğretmenlerin ve öğrencilerinin hem akademik hem entelektüel gelişimleri için eğitim programları düzenledikleri sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Başarıyı, sağlıklı bir örgüt olmalarına, sağlıklı örgütü ise özelikle etkin bir takım ruhuyla sağladıklarını belirtmişlerdir. Kısacası iyi bir okul müdürünün, kurumunu sağlıklı hale getirmenin gayreti içerisinde olması gerektiği sonucu ortaya çıkmıştır.
The aim of this study is to study the relationships between the organizational structure and the organization’s health according to the perceptions of the school directors who work in the kindergartens. For this purpose, determining the opinions of the children’s school directors who work in the name center district on the organization’s health and presenting recommendations in this direction is also one of the objectives of this study. The examples of the research methods used are composed of 9 school directors who work in the nursery and participate voluntarily in the research. The data of the research was collected through the "conversation form for the determination of the views of primary school directors on organizational health" developed by the researcher. In the analysis of the obtained data, the imagistic analysis technique was used. The data obtained as a result of the analyses and interview questions are presented as the findings of the research in accordance with the specific topics. In view of the results of the study, the conclusion was that at the same time the school directors created a fair, secure and peaceful environment to make the school climate positive and increase productivity, as well as they organized educational programs for their own, teachers and students both academic and intellectual development. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between organizational structure and organizational health according to the perceptions of school principals working in kindergartens. For this purpose, determining the opinions of the kindergarten principals working in the central district of Adıyaman about organizational health and providing suggestions in this direction is one of the aims of this study. The sample of the research using qualitative methods consists of 9 school principals who work in Kindergartens in the city center of Adıyaman and voluntarily participate in the research. The data of the research was collected through the "Interview Form for Determining the Views of Kindergarten Principals on Organizational Health" developed by the researcher. Descriptive analysis technique was used in the analysis of the data obtained. The data obtained as a result of the analyzes and interview questions are presented as the findings of the research in line with the determined themes. Considering the results of the research, it was concluded that Kindergarten principals organize training programs for both academic and intellectual development of themselves, teachers and students, as well as creating a fair, safe and peaceful environment to make school climate positive and increase efficiency. They stated that they achieved success by being a healthy organization and healthy organization with an effective team spirit. In short, a good school principal came to the conclusion that it should be in an effort to make his institution healthy.
