Abstract:

The concept of developing state appeared to explain the rapid economic growth of a number of Eastern Asian countries during the post-war period. The concept of developing state is based on an understanding that strong corporate capacity and states that can move independently of interest groups can the development goal. The developing state literature focused on the role of government intervention in industrialization, the strong state capacity and the importance of certain social coalitions. The developing state literature, ranging from economics to political science and sociology, created a powerful alternative to the righteous Orthodox understanding that existed so far in relation to development, state and society relations. The deep traces he left in the 1960s and 1970s have surprisingly revived in recent years with the failure of globalization and neoliberalism practices since the 1980s. Developing state supporters, opposing the idea that economic growth is derived from market consistency, documented in detail that the implementation of a single model in each country is not correct and addressed development as a problem of coordination and contributed to this understanding. This article examines the rise of the developing state in the 1970s, its decline from the 1980s and its re-rise in two thousand years with its economics, political science and sociological dimensions.
