Bu araştırmada beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni adaylarının tükenmişlik ve KPSS kaygı düzeylerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Tarama modelinde yürütülen çalışmanın örneklemini 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında Niğde Ömer Halisdemir Üniversitesi, beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenliği bölümünde öğrenim gören 203 öğretmen adayı oluşturmuştur. Araştırma da veri toplama aracı olarak Karaçanta (2009) tarafından geliştirilen “KPSS Kaygı Ölçeği” ve Schaufeli vd., tarafından geliştirilen ve Çapri vd., (2011) tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan “Maslach Tükenmişlik ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde, tanımlayıcı istatistikler, t-testi ve korelasyon analizleri kullanılmış, yorumlanmasında ise .05 anlamlılık düzeyi dikkate alınmıştır. Bulgulara göre; Tükenmişlik ve KPSS kaygı düzeyleri orta düzeydedir. Tükenmişlik ve KPSS kaygı puanları arasında anlamlı ilişki bulunamamıştır. Cinsiyet değişkenine göre tükenmişlik puanlarında anlamlı farklılığa rastlanmazken KPSS kaygı durumlarına göre kadın öğrencilerin daha kaygılı durumda olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, öğrencilerin tükenmişlik seviyelerinin ortalamadan az olduğu ve KPSS kaygı durumlarının optimal seviyede olduğu görülmüştür.
This study aims to study body training and sports teacher candidates’ extinction and KPSS anxiety levels. The sample of the study conducted in the screening model 2021-2022 educational year Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University, the body education and sports teaching department has formed 203 teachers candidates. The research has also used the "Maslach Extinction Scale" developed by Karaçanta (2009) as a data collection tool and developed by Schaufeli vd., and adapted by Çapri vd., (2011) to Turkish. In the analysis of data, identifiable statistics, t-test and correlation analysis were used, and in the interpretation the .05 level of meaning was taken into account. According to the findings; Extinction and KPSS anxiety levels are medium. There was no meaningful relationship between the outcomes and KPSS concern points. There is no significant difference in the exhaust scores according to the gender variable, while KPSS’s anxiety states have found that women’s students are more concerned. The study found that the student’s extinction levels were less than the average and the KPSS anxiety conditions were at an optimal level.
In this study, it was aimed to examine the burnout and KPSS anxiety levels of physical education and sports teacher candidates. The sample of the study carried out in the screening model consisted of 203 teacher candidates studying at Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University, physical education and sports teaching department in the 2021-2022 academic year. “KPSS Anxiety Scale” developed by Karacanta (2009) and “Maslach Burnout Scale” developed by Schaufeli et al. and adapted into Turkish by Çapri et al. (2011) were used as data collection tools in the research. Descriptive statistics, t-test and correlation analyzes were used in the analysis of the data, and a significance level of .05 was taken into account in the interpretation. According to the findings; Burnout and KPSS anxiety levels are moderate. No significant relationship was found between burnout and KPSS anxiety scores. While no significant difference was found in burnout scores according to gender variable, it was determined that female students were more anxious compared to KPSS anxiety levels. As a result of the research, it was seen that the burnout levels of the students were less than the average and their KPSS anxiety levels were at the optimal level.
