Today, gender discrimination against women and mobbing makes it unbearable It is one of the most debated topics in business and science. Today, especially employees frequently resort to mobbing and are exposed to mobbing. Mobbing causes people to remain silent and lose their motivation by lowering their motivation. However, in terms of modern and post-management approaches of employees, it's strongly recommended to create value, allow their productivity and creativity, develop their skills, increase their commitment and become a part of performance and productivity. However, as one of the problems that emerge as the 'dark side' of organizations, mobbing harms the quality of working life. Based on these views, in the study on the basis of gender discrimination, the relationship between mobbing that academic women are exposed to academically and their profession alienation has been tried to be investigated. His contribution to the field demonstrates the importance of this study. In the research part of the study, the survey method was used to reach quantitative data. The data of the research consists of 201 female academicians working at state universities in the Central Anatolia Region. The data were analyzed with the SPSS 21 program. In the research It has been observed that there is a positive relationship between the mobbing perceptions of female academicians and their alienation from academicians. Also, it has been determined that there are significant differences in terms of age, title and seniority, academic mobbing perception and professional alienation.
