The 1595 Book-i Mufassal-i Livâ-i Ahısha contains important information about the types of taxes, amounts, taxpayers, and this information has been evaluated by various disciplines of science. There have been ethnogenic discussions on the area, especially on the people's names. Until now, the names of the Mongol people in the book have not been focused on. In this article, the processes of giving the names of the former Mongol persons, the subjects of giving the names of the persons were assessed, and in the aftermath, up to a hundred Mongol persons in the book were given in alphabetic form, along with the works they passed through, their meanings, otherwise used. Today, in the area’s land names, in the people names, in the presence of the word, the existence of Mongolic elements makes it possible to explain the Mongolic people names in the book. If you look at the voice changes seen in the Mongol people's names, some of the Mongol specifications continue, while some of the today's Kıpçak Turkish, which feels its existence in the region, appears that the voice changes occurred. Furthermore, the use of the /+a(y)/ attachment, which appears to be added to the names of Mongol people in the book and continues to exist in the Artvin-Ahıska mouths, more common than this attachment in Mongolia, in this geography can be interpreted as Turking/Turking in the last quarter of the 16th century. However, the fact that some of the Mongol people's names have not lost their Mongol specialities, in the book geography shows the existence of Mongols in this period.
