The analysis of the values of the BMI evidences a percentage of overweight greater between the youngest athletes verifying a tendency of linear decline in function of the age. The athletes present an average caloric intake of 4054.39 Kcal/day. The athletes consume a lot of red meat, cheese, breads, potatoes, refreshments, and coffee. Most of the athletes had no knowledge about the main energy source for physical exercise are carbohydrates and that vitamins, water and minerals do not provide calories to the body.
