he purpose of this study is to analyze whether there is freewill of human beings who has an ontological value with owning the ability of reasoning in the perspective of the Ibn Al-Sînâ's thought, or not. According to Ibn Al-Sînâ's metaphysical system, The Necessary Being, in other words God, knows everything in a universal form. The knowledge of God also means that his creation is by his knowledge, will and power. The God’s grace besieges all existence. So, each creature ontologically is with the inclusion of God’s freewill, knowledge, predestination and precaution. In the thought of Ibn Al-Sînâ, a human being, who is the most superior being of sublunar world, has both natural and willed actions. Due to the fact that human being carries out his acts by freewill and choosing. It can be concluded that human being has freedom. According to the Ibn Al-Sînâ's system however, the freedom of human being is restricted by Divine Knowledge..
