Educational support is provided in science and art centers affiliated with the Ministry of National Education for gifted children in the field of art or general talent in Turkey. Students here receive education in homogeneous groups according to their art or general ability. Although the groups are homogeneous, it can be said that there are individual differences in these classes as in every school. The focus group of this research is students who are both gifted and have attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder. Because of these features, these students are called “Twice Exceptional”. It is important for an effective teaching process that teachers know the individual differences between two different students. In this context, the research aims to reveal the thoughts of the teachers working in the science and art center about twice exceptional students and their approaches to the teaching process. The study group of the research consists of 20 teachers from different branches. In this research, in which basic qualitative research, one of the qualitative research methods, was used, the data were collected through a semi-structured interview form. The data were analyzed by descriptive and content analysis, one of the qualitative data analysis techniques. As a result of the research, it was concluded that the teachers did not have sufficient knowledge and practice approaches to twice exceptional students.
