Tarihin her döneminde ekonomik gelişmeler kendi ideolojisini yaratarak siyasal değişimin de belirleyicisi olmuştur. Ulus devlet de uzun bir tarihsel süreç içinde, toplumsal ve ekonomik yapıların dönüşümü sonucunda ortaya çıkmıştır. Dolayısıyla ekonomik ve toplumsal yapıda yaşanan değişim ve dönüşümler yeni siyasal modelleri de tartışılır hale getirmiştir. Günümüzde ekonomik, teknolojik vb alanlarda yaşanan değişimlerden beklenilen sonuçların alınabilmesi için stratejistler ulus devletlerin parçalanmasını öngören ideolojileri savunmaktadırlar. 1945'te 51 olan Birleşmiş Milletlere üye ülke sayısının 75 yıl sonra 200 olmasının bir nedeni de budur diyebiliriz. Devletini henüz kuramamış yaklaşık on beş bin ulus olduğunu dikkate aldığımızda, yirmi yıl sonra BM üye ülke sayısının ne kadar olacağını tahmin etmek kolay değildir. Küresel gelişmeleri değiştirme gücümüz olmadığına göre, önemli olan olayları doğru okuyabilecek ve ona göre önlemler alabilecek yapılanmaya gidebilmektir. Küresel aktörler yeni bir dünya düzeni kurarken, kendi çıkarlarını gelişmekte olan ülkelerin çıkarları olarak sunarlar. Koydukları kurallara uymayanları ise terörist devlet ilan edip cezalandırırlar. Kurulmaya çalışılan yeni bir dünya düzeni olduğu için, bütün yöntemler uygulanmakta, bazı ülkeler askeri müdahale ile işgal edilmekte bazı ülkelerde ise iktidarlar renkli devrimlerle değiştirilmektedir.
In every period of history, economic developments have created their own ideology and have also been the determinant of political change. The national state has also emerged in a long historical process, as a result of the transformation of social and economic structures. Thus, the changes and transformations in the economic and social structure have made the new political models also controversial. Today, strategists advocate the ideologies that predict the dissolution of national states in order to obtain the expected results from the changes in economic, technological, etc. fields. Considering that there are about fifteen thousand nations that have not yet established their state, it is not easy to predict how many of the United Nations member countries will be in twenty years. Since we do not have the power to change global developments, the important thing is to be able to read the events correctly and take measures according to them. While global actors build a new world order, they present their own interests as the interests of developing countries. Those who do not comply with the rules they set will be declared a terrorist state and punished. Since there is a new world order that is trying to be established, all methods are being implemented, some countries are occupied by military intervention, and some countries are replaced by colourful revolutions.
