Bu çalışmada, hisse senedi likiditesi ile firma değeri arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Hisse senedi likiditesi olarak firmaların Tobin’s Q ve piyasa değerinin defter değerine oranı (PDDD), likidite ölçütü olarak Amihud (AILLIQ) likidite azlığı ve hisse senedi devir hızı (TURNOVER) ölçütü kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada BIST finansal sektörde faaliyet gösteren firmaların 2012Q1-2022Q3 dönemine ait verileri ile analizler yapılmıştır. Elde edilen GMM katsayı bulgularında, AHILLIQ ile TURNOVER ölçütünün Tobin’s Q ve PDDD üzerindeki etkisi pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı bulunmuştur
In this study, the relationship between the liquidity of the stock and the company’s value was studied. As stock liquidity, the company’s Tobin’s Q and the market value to the record value ratio (PDDD), the liquidity deficiency Amihud (AILLIQ) and the stock turnover rate (TURNOVER) are used as the liquidity measure. The study analyzed the data from the 2012Q1-2022Q3 period of companies operating in the BIST financial sector. In the results of the obtained GMM ratio, the effect of AHILLIQ and TURNOVER measurements on Tobin's Q and PDDD was positive and meaningful.
