The aim of the study is to determine the career adaptability of the Health Services Vocational School students and whether these abilities show a significant difference according to their demographic characteristics. In this context, the Career Adaptability Scale, the validity and reliability study of which was conducted by Kanten (2012), was used to measure the career adaptability of students. As a result of the analysis of the data obtained from 455 Health Services Vocational School students studying at Ondokuz Mayıs University, it was seen that the career adaptability of the students was high. In addition, the career adaptability of the students showed a significant difference only in the anxiety and curiosity sub-dimensions of the scale (p<0.05) It was concluded that career adaptability did not show a significant difference (p>0.05) in terms of students' class, program type and positions. In the analyzes made, while the career adaptability of the students did not show a significant difference according to the place of residence of the families, it was found that there was a significant difference (p<0.05) in the career adaptability of the students in all dimensions except for the anxiety sub-dimension in terms of the regions of residence of the families.
