Abstract:

Today, behind the factors that affect the quality of life in a positive or negative way, the organizations we are in a relationship have a performance level. From the twentieth century, the dependency of individuals to organizations of different types and purposes is increasing. The daily life of an individual living fifty years ago today, compared to the individual of today, is in relation to more and more organizations for different purposes. Organizations exist to address the different needs of people and to their objectives. The reason for the existence of the organization, commonly known as the mission, can be said to improve the quality of life and well-being of the person for all organizations. But, as research, research and observations show, not all organizations are able to perform adequately in terms of meeting human needs and solving their problems. Although there are many elements that determine the level of organizational performance, especially since the 1980s, the concept of organizational culture has begun to focus. It is vital to study the concept of culture in the educational organizations that are human entrance and exit. In educational organizations, the ability of everyone to work in the framework of common values and beliefs, that is, the ability to create a common strong culture, plays an important role in achieving the goals. The purpose of this research is to study and understand the organizational culture of the body education and sports high schools. The universe of research is formed by employees of the Body Education and Sports High Schools located within the universities located in the southeastern Anadolu region of our country. 94 people randomly selected among the employees of the management, academic and administrative staff working in these universities, formed the sample group of the research. The statistical analysis of the research data was carried out in the SPSS package program. As a statistical analysis; visual and local statistics are used. The differences are identified by the “T test”. According to the results of the research, the high schools studied have been determined to have a weak organizational culture, and it was considered to be the basis for the organizational culture and in the perceptions of some of the practices, there were significant differences according to the gender variable (p<0.05)
