So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada, Hz. Peygamber’in vefatından hicrî üçüncü asrın sonlarına kadar geçen dönemde İslam hukuk dilinin gelişimine dair ehl-i re’y ve ehl-i hadis ekolleri bağlamında bazı tespitlerde bulunulacaktır. Dolayısıyla Hz. Peygamber’den aktarılan bilgilerle başlayan bu sürecin hangi dönemden itibaren ve kimler tarafından hukuk diline evrildiğine ve mihne sürecinin olumsuz anlamda hukuk dilinin gelişimine engel olup olmadığına dair ulaştığımız bazı neticelere yer verilecektir
