So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Anahtar Kelimeler: Apokrin karsinom, aksilla, p63 Abstract P63 ın hıstopathologıcal dıagnosıs of apocrıne carcınoma; a case of an axıllary apocrıne carcınoma We report a case of apocrine carcinoma arising in an apocrine adenoma in the axillary region of a 76 year old man. The left axillary skin lesion showed a slow progressive growth for 5 years and was painless. Histological examination revealed the tumor cell nests of various sizes exhibiting papillary and glandular pattern under the overlying epidermis with decapitaton secretion. Non tumoral apocrine and sebaseous glands were found adjacent to the tumor. The carcinoma cells were positive for GCDFP-15. p63, SMA and S-100 positivity were detected in the myoepithelial cells of benign apocrine glands, but the carcinomatous glands were negative for these proteins. On the basis of its histologic and immunohistochemical features and distinctive location, the tumor was diagnosed as apocrine carcinoma. We think that p63 can be used in supporting the diagnosis of the apocrine carcinoma Key words: Apocrine carcinoma, axilla, p63

Abstract:

Suleyman Demirel University TIP FACULTY JOURNAL: December 2007; 14(4) the effectiveness of p63 in the histopathological diagnosis of apocrine carcinoma; an accelerated apocrine carcinoma phenomenon of Sirin Başpınar, Sema Bircan, Nilgün Kapucuoğlu, Birgül Aydoğan Suleyman Demirel University Medical Faculty of Pathology AD. The apocrine carcinoma occurred from the apocrine adenoma in the acne area of the male patient at the age of seventy-six. The skin injury of the left axis has grown slowly for 5 years and is painless. Histological examination also follows the secretion of decapitation with tumor cell islands in different sizes that form papillars and glandular structures under the epidermis. In the tumor neighborhood there are non-tumoral apocrine and sebaceous glands. The tumor cells are positive with "gross cystic disease fluid protein" 15 (GCDFP-15) P63, SMA and S-100 are negative in the tumor, while positive in the myophyteal cells of the benign apocrine glands is observed. The incident was assessed as an apocrine carcinoma depending on the histological, immunohistochemical findings of the tumor and the location. We believe that p63 can be used to support the diagnosis of apocrine carcinomas.
