The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between financial literacy and media literacy. In line with this purpose, the financial literacy scale of Doğan (2018) consisting of two different dimensions and the media literacy scales of Koç and Barut (2016) consisting of three different dimensions were combined and used in the study. The research was carried out on university students and 302 participants were included in the research. As a result of the study, a statistically significant and positive relationship was determined between financial literacy and media literacy. This relationship is valid in all sub-dimensions of both scales. In addition, as a result of the study, it was determined that the participants' self-identification as an entrepreneur affects financial literacy, however, whether the participants' parents are influential in the decisions they will take does not have any effect on financial literacy.
