Okul Öncesi Öğretmen Adaylarının Tükenmişlik ve Yabancılaşma Düzeylerinin Farklı Değişkenler Açısından İncelenmesi

Abstract:

Bu araştırmada Okul Öncesi Eğitimi bölümünde öğre-nim görmekte olan son sınıf öğrencilerin okul tükenmişliği ve okula yabancılaşma düzeylerini incelemek amaçlanmış-tır. Örneklemi Okul Öncesi Eğitimi bölümünde öğrenim görmekte olan 300 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veriler “Kişisel Bilgi Formu”, “Öğrenci Yabancılaşma Ölçeği” ve “Maslach Tükenmişlik Envanteri Öğrenci For-mu” kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Son sınıftaki okul öncesi öğretmen adayları “orta” düzeyde okul tükenmişliği ve okula yabancılaşma yaşamaktadır. Sonuçlara bakıldığında, devlet üniversitelerinde öğrenim görmekte olan öğrencilerin özel üniversitelerdekilere göre daha yüksek düzeyde duyar-sızlaşma ve tükenme yaşadıkları görülmüştür. Öğrencilerin okula yabancılaşma düzeyleri üniversite türüne göre farklı-lık göstermemektedir. Mezun olunan lise türü değişkenine ait sonuçlar anadolu öğretmen lisesi mezunlarının genel lise ve meslek lisesi mezunlarına göre daha fazla tükenmiş ol-duklarını anadolu lisesi mezunlarının genel lise mezunları-na göre daha fazla yabancılaşmış olduklarını göstermekte-dir. Ayrıca anadolu öğretmen lisesi ve anadolu lisesi mezu-nu öğrencilerin yabancılaşmanın alt boyutu olan anlamsız-lık düzeyleri genel lise mezunlarına göre daha yüksek bu-lunmuştur. Eğitim alınan üniversite sayısına göre öğrencile-rin okul tükenmişliği ve okula yabancılaşma düzeyleri fark-lılık göstermemiştir. Öğrencilerin yaşları ile okul tükenmişlik düzeyleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmamıştır. Öğrencilerin genel okula yabancılaşma düzeyleri ile yaşları arasında negatif yönlü bir ilişki bulun-muştur.

Pre-school teacher candidates examine extinction and foreignization levels in terms of different variables

This study is aimed at studying the extinction of school and the level of foreignization to school of the last-class students who are learning in the Pre-School Education Department. The example consists of 300 students who are studying in the Pre-School Department. In the study, the data was obtained using "Personal Information Form", "Student Extraterrestrial Scale" and "Maslach Extraterrestrial Reserve Student For-mu". The last-class pre-school teachers candidates experience "middle" level of school exhaust and school-outsourcing. In view of the findings, students who are studying at public universities have seen higher levels of hearing discharge and extinction than those in private universities. Students' degree of foreigning to school does not differ according to the type of university. The results of the graduated high school type variable show that the graduates of the Anatolian teacher high school are more exhausted than the general high school and professional high school graduates; the graduates of the Anatolian high school are more foreigned than the general high school graduates. In addition, the unreasonable levels of teachers in the Anatolian high school and the Anatolian high school graduates, which are the lower dimension of foreignization of students, have been higher than the general high school graduates. According to the number of universities received education, the student-rin school extinction and the level of foreignization to the school have not shown differences. There was no statistically meaningful relationship between the age of students and school extinction levels. Students in general have found a negative relationship between their level of alienation and their age.

Investigating Burnout and Alienation Levels Of Preschool Teacher Candidates In Terms Of Different Variables

In this research, it was aimed to examine the levels of school burnout and alienation from school of the senior students who are studying in the Preschool Education de-partments. The sample consisted of 300 students who were studying in the Preschool Education departments. The data were obtained by using the "Personal Information Form", "Student Alienation Scale" and "Maslach Burnout Scale Student Form". The preschool teacher candidates in the last class experience school burnout and alienation from school at the “middle” level. When examining the results, it was seen that the students who were studying in public universi-ties experienced a higher level of depersonalization and burnout than the students in private universities. The alie-nation from school levels of the students did not differ ac-cording to the type of university. The results indicated that anatolian teacher training high school graduates were more exhausted than general high school and vocational high school graduates and anatolian high school graduates were more alienated than general high school graduates. In addition, according to results, anatolian teacher training high school and anatolian high school graduates had hig-her levels of meaningless, which was the sub-dimension of alienation from school, than general high school graduates. According to the number of universities studied at, the school burnout and alienation from school levels of the students did not differ. There was no statistically significant relationship between age of students and school burnout levels. There was a negative relationship between the gene-ral level of alienation from school and age of the students.
