The Russian Tsar, XVI and XVII. Over the centuries, facing central governments like a strong Ottoman state from the West, the European States and the South, has led to the development of the field in the Eastern position, i.e. in Turkistan and its airport. But this new field of progress was full of ignorance for the Russians, as it was in the West. Therefore, the Russians set their first activities in Turkistan on the basis of exploring the region. Thus the XVI. Since the beginning of the century, a large number of diplomats and soldiers have been sent to Turkey. These leading colonizers illuminated the many military, administrative, geographical and cultural aspects of the Turkistan geography full of mysteries for the Russians. Finally, the Russians allowed the witnesses to have access to detailed information about the area in the framework of their reports. Among these diplomats, Ivan Danilovich Hohlov, who agreed to be sent to Bukhara by the Russian Tsar Mikhail I Federovich, played a leading role. He was sent to Bukhara for the rescue of prisoners consisting of most of the Russian ancestors and imperial officials. This study focuses on the notes of Ivan Danilovich Hohlov, who completed the Bukhara journey with many different difficulties between 1620 and 1622, and saved some Russian prisoners to be saved along the road. Hohlov provides information that reflects the personalities of the figures of that period, which describes the chaotic environment in the Turkistan region in a general framework, although he provides very little information about the region's geography, cultural and ethnic structure. However, the XVII. It is important to define the period of the world of the diplomat who was on the way to the unknown in the early centuries.
