In data envelopment analysis (DEA) models, weak efficient units with zero weights are almost appeared as reference points in the models. To avoid zero weights or equivalently non-zero slacks in DEA evaluation, weights restrictions are used frequently. In this paper, a one-step method is presented based on the restricting input/output weights in the BCC DEA model for evaluating performance that guarantees non- zero weights and prevents weights dissimilarity.
