The new coronavirus, which has been affecting the whole world since Decem-ber 2019 and spreading rapidly, causing the deaths of hundred thousands of people, has negatively affected our business life, our economic and social life. Within the scope of the challenging reason, in order to mitigate the effects of the Covid-19 on business relations, a number of legal regulations were made in addition to the previous regulations. In our study, the parties to the business relationship will be handled in terms of workers 'and employers' rights, termi-nation of the employment contract, wages and other payments, short-time working and leave without pay and annual paid leave.
