It can be described as a study that should be studied in detail today, as it is one of the important criteria in the socio-economic development of the country and the region of the food and beverage enterprises operating in the marinas that are the subject of the study. For this reason, Yalıkavak Marina, which is one of the marina businesses that have important awards in our country and in the world and that includes important brands, gourmet restaurants, bars, cafes and clubs, has been chosen as the study area. Within the scope of the research, factors affecting consumer preferences were tried to be determined in food and beverage establishments operating in marinas. The data used in the study were obtained through the survey method and tested by statistical analysis. As a general result of the study, in the light of the data obtained, the factors affecting consumer preferences in food and beverage establishments operating in marinas differ according to demographic characteristics. In addition, it has been concluded that the nutritiousness of food and beverage is the most important factor in food and beverage evaluation for preferring food and beverage business. Furthermore, it has been determined that the taste of food and beverages and the variety of the drinks served to appeal to different tastes are among the other factors important in terms of evaluating the food and beverages for individuals to prefer these businesses.
