Bu çalışmada Giresun Gençlik ve Spor İl Müdürlüğü iş görenlerinin çeşitli değişkenlere göre Hizmet Verme Yatkınlık durumlarının karşılaştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada iki bölümden oluşan anket tekniği kullanılmıştır. Katılımcıların demografik özelliklerinin belirlenmesi için frekans analizi, ölçeklerin normal dağılım uygunluğunu saptamak için Skewness ve Kurtosis testi yapılmıştır. Birinci bölümde katılımcılara demografik özelliklerinin sorulduğu sorular, ikinci bölümde ise Hizmet Verme Yatkınlığı olan Brown (2002) tarafından oluşturulan, Seymen ve Çoban (2017) tarafından Türkçeye çevrilen 6 maddeden oluşan “Hizmet Verme Yatkınlığı” yer almaktadır. Ölçek, 5’li Likert tipinde oluşup, hizmet vermekten zevk alma (1,2,3), hizmet ihtiyaçlarını karşılama (4,5,6) olmak üzere iki alt boyuttan oluşmaktadır. Veri toplama araçları 2020 yılında Giresun Gençlik ve Spor İl Müdürlüğü İş görenlerinden oluşup 106’sı erkek, 80’i kadın olmak üzere toplam 186 personele uygulanmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda Hizmet Verme Yatkınlığı (-1.072), (,256) medeni duruma göre tüm alt boyutta ve toplam puanda farklılaşmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca gelir değişkeni açısından tüm alt boyut ve toplam puanda (.001) 4501 TL ve Üzeri katılımcılar lehine anlamlı farklılıklara rastlanmıştır.
In this study, the Youth and Sports Directorate has aimed at comparing the conditions of service provision according to the various variables of employers. The research technique was used in two sections. For the determination of the demographic characteristics of the participants, the frequency analysis, Skewness and Kurtosis tests were performed to determine the adequacy for normal distribution of scales. The data collection tools in 2020 consisted of employees from the Giresun Youth and Sports Provincial Directorate and implemented to a total of 186 employees, including 106 men and 80 women. The results of the analyses were found that the Service Providing Agreement (-1.072), (,256) did not differ in all sub-dimensions and total points according to the civic situation. In addition, in terms of income variation, significant differences have been found in the whole sub-dimensional and total score (.001) of 4501 TL and above in favor of participants.
In this study, it was aimed to compare the predisposition of Giresun youth and Sports Provincial Directorate employees to provide services according to various variables. The survey technique consisting of two parts was used in the research. Frequency analysis was performed to determine the demographic characteristics of the participants, Skewness and Kurtosis testing were performed to determine the normal distribution suitability of the scales. In the first section, participants are asked about their demographic characteristics, and in the second section, “predisposition to serve”, which is composed of 6 items created by Brown (2002) and translated into Turkish by Seymen and Çoban (2017). The scale consists of two sub-dimensions: enjoying service (1,2,3) and meeting service needs (4,5,6), consisting of 5 Likert types. As a result of the analyses, it was determined that the predisposition to serve (-1.072) and (,256) did not differ in all sub-dimensions and total points according to marital status. Also in terms of income variable in all sub-size and total score (.001) there were significant differences in favor of participants of TL 4501 and above.
