Standard language is a language which includes the basic principles of a language and also based over the dialects of that particular region. The expected benefits from language education is an established standard dialect; because of it, it is important that students are properly assesed in their speaking progress. In this research, the level of learning capibility of using the Turkish language standard dialect of each student is researched as well as the effects of some variables on this particular dialect use. This research is established by the use of qualitative and quantitative data analysis throughout a mixed model study. The qualitative datas of this study is composed from the voice recordings that are collected throughout the research. The quantitative data is obtained by the surveys that are collected from the participant teachers. According to the results of this research some speaking irregularities are recorded within the students who stepped out of the phonetic standard language boundries. Noice reduction and alterations are the most noticable phonetic cases that do not exist in standard language. According to teachers’ opinions, differences are exist in speech of the students due to differences in education level of families, gender, and regional factors.
