Abstract:

Unlawful immigration has grown significantly from the 1970s to today. According to the United Nations Global Immigration Data, the number of refugees and refugees between 2010 and 2017 was approximately 13 million. Therefore, the control and management of international migration is concerned by the countries. However, international migration control has led to the creation of international migration management strategies, in addition to forming the political and economic interests of the countries on a national scale (immigrant and immigrant). In this area, the work of "crowd and development" has made a special place. If necessary immigrants need to be accepted by individuals in the immigrant society, it is linked to the concept of "development" in terms of the contribution of immigrants to capital accumulation. Especially in the thesis of the mainstream economy "the growth can be achieved by providing increases in factor stocks of countries" immigrants are seen as a production factor. On the other hand, with the assumption that "international migration will also have a positive impact on the development of migration countries," the relationship between migration and development has led to the creation of new policies. This study will analyze the relations between international migration and development, and will criticize the economic policy of international migration management and its strategies.
