Bu araştırmanın amacı, aday öğretmenlerin öğrencilerin değer kazanım sürecindeki rollerine ilişkin görüşlerini tespit etmektir. Araştırmada nitel araştırma desenlerinden durum çalışması deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırma, 2016–2017 eğitim–öğretim yılı, Batman ili Gercüş ilçesinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu, farklı okul ve branşlarda çalışan 50 aday öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verileri, görüşme formu ile elde edilmiştir. Aday öğretmenlerden elde edilen veriler, içerik analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, aday öğretmenler, öğrencinin değer kazanım sürecinde en çok “saygı, sevgi, dürüstlük, doğruluk, hoşgörü ve sorumluluk” olmak üzere 46 değer üzerinde durduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Aday öğretmenler, öğrencilere değerleri “değer açıklama, değer aktarma, değer analizi, eylem ve gözlem yoluyla öğrenme ve örtük öğrenme” yaklaşımları ile kazandırdığı tespit edilmiştir. Aday öğretmenlerin, öğrencilerin değer kazanım sürecinde “çevresel imkânlar”, “öğrenci çabası” ve “öğretmen çabasına” ihtiyaç duydukları ve öğrencilerin değer kazanım durumunu “değeri ifade etme”, “eylemlerini gözleme” ve “paydaş görüşleri”ne başvurarak tespit ettikleri ortaya çıkmıştır.
The aim of this research is to identify the opinions of the candidate teachers on the roles of students in the value gain process. The research has been used for the study of quality research patterns. The research, 2016-2017 educational year, was carried out in Batman or Gercüş district. The research work group consists of 50 candidate teachers working in different schools and branches. The contact form is used as a data collection tool. The research data was obtained through the interview form. The data obtained from the candidate teachers are subject to content analysis. According to the results of the study, the candidate teachers found that the student stands above 46 values in the value gain process, including "respect, love, honesty, truthfulness, tolerance and responsibility". Candidate teachers have been found to give students values with the approaches of "learning and cover learning through value explanation, value transfer, value analysis, action and observation". It has been revealed that the candidate teachers need "environmental opportunities", "student effort" and "the teacher's effort" in the value gain process, and that they identify the value gain status of the students by applying to "expressing value", "observing their actions" and "partners' opinions".
The aim of this study is to determine the opinions of novice teacher about the role of teachers in the value gaining process of students. The research was designed as a case study from qualitative research designs. The research was conducted in Gercüş district of Batman province in 2016-2017 academic year. The study group consisted of 50 novice teachers working in different schools and branches. Interview form was used as data collection tool. The research data were obtained via interview form. The data were analyzed with content analysis. According to the results of the research, it was found out that the novice teachers emphasized 46 values and “respect, love, honesty, truth, tolerance and responsibility” are mostly mentioned values in the student’s value gaining process. It was determined that novice teachers made values to students with “value clarification, value inculcation, value analysis, learning through action and observation and implicit learning” approaches. It has been revealed that novice teachers need “environmental opportunities”, “student effort” and “teacher effort” in the students’ value gaining process and novice teachers determined the students' appreciation by “expressing value”, “observing their actions” and referring to “stakeholder views”.
