The aim of this study is to examine the educational technology studies in Turkey in the context of the main topics and international cooperation processes and to identify the trends in the field. The data of the research consists of the bibliographic information of the scientific texts titled “educational technology” and “instructional design” with the addressed “Turkey” in the Web of Science database between 1999-2021. A total of 351 studies were found in this date range, starting from 1999. Science mapping technique, one of the bibliographic analysis methods, was used in the research. Within this technique, co-word, co-authorship, citation bibliographic coupling analyzes were conducted. According to the results It has been determined that the most used concepts in the keywords are "educational technology" and "instructional design", and the concept of "distance education" has begun to be studied more intensively in the field. Furthermore, the strongest interaction in terms of international cooperation in the scientific research process is experienced with the USA. This is followed by Germany and Russia. In addition to these, the institution that conducts the most study is Hacettepe University.
