Abstract:

Since the existence of mankind, the purification activity has emerged as a purification activity in which daily food needs are met. Over time, many of the products supplied by the bees have also started to gain economic value. Nowadays, although the food is a food tool, it is a significant economic activity in the solution of unemployment and in the efficiency of plants. The economic elements of the income and output are measured by the difference between the prices. The continuity of the clearance activity is possible with the difference between these elements being always positive. In this study, it was attempted to identify the profits and costs a producer who starts with 30 colonies in the 5 year period, starting with 30 colonies and increasing 10 colonies each year, and the profits and losses a producer who starts with 30 colonies in the 5 year period. The study found that the number of cows remained the same, the honey prices increased by 5% and the material prices increased by 10% each year, and that 300 TL were allocated annually as amortisment, and the annual honey delivery was an average of 13.31. In light of all these data, an enterprise that starts the production activity with 30 colonies and does not increase the amount of honey it produces can at the end of 5 years get a total profit of 11,978,60 TL. Under the assumption that the business owner increases the number of colonies every year by 10 cents, at the end of the 5 years it can produce 4392.3 kg of honey and the total profit can reach 51.705.34TL. In the axis of these findings, colonial owners must first increase the number of colonies in order to minimize the costs and maximize the profits, then reduce the long-term fixed investment costs, work with young and healthy colonies to increase the honey production per colony, evaluate the nectar flow periods and diversify their cleaning products.
