Germiyanoğulları Beyliği ve Osmanlı Devleti zamanında önemli bir kültür merkezi olan Kütahya 'da, günümüzde de ülkemizin önemli yazma kütüphanelerinden biri olan ifah id Paşa İl Halk Kütüphanesi bulunmaktadır. Biz; Fuzulî, Bâkhgibi Türk edebiyatının en büyük şâirlerinin dîvanlarının da bulunduğu bu kütüphanedeki yazma eserlerin hepsirk \\tarayarak Türkçe el yazmalarını ilgililere duyurmak istedik.
