Objective: To investigate the prevalence of signs and symptoms DysbiosisIntestinal among nursing professionals in a teaching institution of Curitiba -PR through the Metabolic Screening Questionnaire. Methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study of quantitative character. Data were collected through the Metabolic Screening Questionnaire in 85 nursing professionals in Curitiba, Paraná. Results: There was a high prevalence of signs and symptoms of intestinal dysbiosis in the investigated subjects (54.11%). The most common symptoms were nausea and vomiting, in 43.52% of the sample;diarrhea in 42.35%; burping and gas, in 56.47% and stomach pain in 45.88% of subjects. Conclusions: there is a high prevalence of signs and symptoms of intestinal dysbiosis among nursing professionals (54.11%) and recommended the development of nutritional education campaigns on your desktop.
