According to the latest World Health Organization classification, Plasmacytoid urothelial carcinoma of urothelial carcinoma is one of the rare variants. When the diagnosis is usually made with advanced stage aggressive tumors and metastases. A 77-year-old male patient was admitted with lower urinary tract symptoms. The patient had no hematuria in the application. Widely heterogeneous appearance of the bladder base solid formation was observed on ultrasound. The patient was diagnosed as a result of microscopic examination of transurethral resection specimens to be looking plasmacytoid urothelial carcinoma. a multidisciplinary approach was planned and patient was treated radiotherapy and systemic chemotherapy. In this article, we present a locally invasive plasmacytoid urothelial carcinoma cases, followed by two years.
